a8club Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "a8club," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the a8club online casino and sports betting platform operating at a8club.net, including all associated services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the a8club platform in any capacity.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the a8club platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with a8club governed by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a8club with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

Your continued use of the a8club platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to open and maintain an a8club account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as required by Philippine gaming regulations.

3. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the a8club platform or any affiliated platform.

7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

a8club reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the a8club platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

a8club is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot)
• Selfie holding a valid government ID, as requested

a8club reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed to a8club's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. a8club shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify a8club support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

a8club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods made available on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time at a8club's discretion.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya.
• Deposits are generally credited to your a8club account within seconds to a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• a8club does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gameplay purposes. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to play constitutes a misuse of the platform.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours.
• a8club reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially linked to prohibited conduct.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• a8club shall not be liable for delays caused by the payment provider, banking institutions, or network disruptions beyond a8club's control.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where specified, KYC verification.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's terms.
• a8club reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the a8club platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose software employs certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. a8club does not control the underlying game software and cannot alter game outcomes.

Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, a8club will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to your account. a8club's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages across many thousands of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a8club platform:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
4. Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not approved by a8club.
6. Attempting to launder money or proceeds of illegal activity through the platform.
7. Engaging in charge-backs, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit activity.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing a8club staff or other players in any communication channel.
9. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to a8club's systems.
10. Any other conduct that a8club reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its legitimate business interests.

a8club is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

a8club provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of time spent on the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a8club platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the a8club platform without the prior written consent of a8club. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of a8club's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a8club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service.
• Technical malfunctions, server failures, or network disruptions beyond a8club's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit a8club's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The a8club platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a8club makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

a8club collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By registering on a8club, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the a8club Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before completing registration.

a8club implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions.

a8club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law, PAGCOR regulation, or court order.
• Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of applicable verification requirements, subject to a8club's right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

You may close your a8club account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closing your account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations arising prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the a8club platform shall first be referred to a8club's customer support team for resolution. a8club will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through a8club's internal dispute resolution process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

If mediation fails to produce a resolution, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

a8club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a8club will notify registered players via email or a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the a8club platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting a8club support.
